Wiggloo

This privacy policy explains what information Wiggloo ("the App") collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information. Wiggloo is developed by Wiggloo ("we", "us"). This policy applies to the Wiggloo mobile app (including its Snake Arena, Snake Escape and Arrow Escape games) and to the browser version of the game at wiggloo.io/play.

By using Wiggloo, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information stored only on your device. Wiggloo stores the following data locally on your device and does not transmit it to us:

• Your game progress: Arena score history, Snake Escape and Arrow Escape levels reached, stars and best times
• Selected skins, backgrounds, eye styles, body patterns, app theme, font and language
• Your callsign and country (until they are submitted with a score, see below)
• Sound, control and other app preferences

This data stays on your device and is deleted if you uninstall the app.

Global leaderboard data. When you finish a Snake Arena match, Wiggloo submits your chosen callsign (nickname), country, score, elimination count and the time of the match to our server (Google Cloud Firestore) to power the public global leaderboard. This data:

• Is visible to anyone who views the global leaderboard, in or outside the app
• Is permanent once submitted — our system is append-only by design, so entries cannot be edited or deleted through the app itself
• Does not include your name, email, or other directly identifying information beyond the callsign you choose to enter

Games-played counter. Each match also adds one to a single, shared count of games played that is shown on the home screen. Nothing about you is stored with it.

Information collected automatically. Like most apps that show ads or measure performance, Wiggloo uses third-party services that may collect certain information automatically:

• Advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) — collected via Google AdMob to serve and measure ads, and to prevent showing the same ad repeatedly.
• Usage and diagnostic data — such as which screens are viewed, which games and levels you play and for how long, scores and results, hints and power-ups used, whether rewarded ads were watched, and general app interactions, collected via Google Firebase Analytics, to help us understand how the app is used and improve it.
• App version and update checks — when the app starts, it asks Google Firebase Remote Config for the latest app version so it can tell you when an update is available; this uses an app instance identifier and your app version. Updates themselves are delivered through Google Play.
• Crash and performance data — such as device model, operating system version, and crash logs, collected via Google Firebase Crashlytics, to help us find and fix bugs.

We do not knowingly collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying personal information through the App, beyond the public callsign described above.

2. How We Use Information

• Operate the public global leaderboard (callsign, country, score, eliminations)
• Display and personalize advertisements through Google AdMob
• Understand how players use the App so we can improve gameplay and fix issues
• Diagnose and fix crashes
• Tell you when a new version of the App is available
• Maintain and operate the App's core features (cosmetics, settings)

3. Third-Party Services

Wiggloo uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

• Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy
• Google Firebase (Analytics, Crashlytics, Cloud Firestore & Remote Config) — policies.google.com/privacy
• Google AdSense (ads on wiggloo.io) — policies.google.com/technologies/ads
• Google Play (in-app updates) — policies.google.com/privacy
• Device share functionality — when you use the in-app "Share" feature, your device's native sharing system is used to share a score image and message through apps you choose (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram). We do not receive or store what you share or who you share it with.

These services may collect and process data in accordance with their own policies, independent of this one.

4. Advertising

Wiggloo displays ads through Google AdMob, including banner ads and optional rewarded video ads (which you can choose to watch to unlock cosmetic items, continue a run, or get a heart or hint in Snake Escape). On wiggloo.io, the browser version of the game and its pages show ads through Google AdSense instead, which may use cookies and similar technologies to serve and measure ads. Ads may be personalized based on your advertising identifier and app usage, unless you have opted out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

You can manage ad personalization through:

• Android: Settings → Google → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization
• Google's Ads Settings: adssettings.google.com

Where the law requires it (for example in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom), the App asks for your consent before showing personalized ads, using Google's consent tool. You can change that choice at any time from Privacy Options on the home screen.

5. Children's Privacy

Wiggloo is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

• Locally stored data (progress, cosmetics, preferences) is deleted automatically when you uninstall the App.
• Global leaderboard entries (callsign, country, score, eliminations) are retained permanently as part of the public leaderboard and cannot be deleted through the App. If you'd like to request removal of a specific entry, contact us at the email below and we will consider the request on a case-by-case basis.
• To request deletion of data associated with your advertising identifier, you may reset your Advertising ID or contact us at the email below.

7. Your Choices

• You choose what callsign to submit to the global leaderboard — avoid using your real name if you'd prefer it not to be public.
• You can disable in-app sound at any time via the in-game speaker icon.
• You can opt out of personalized ads via your device's ad settings, or change your ad consent from Privacy Options on the home screen where shown (see Section 4).
• You can uninstall the App at any time to remove all locally stored data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
