This privacy policy explains what information Wiggloo ("the App") collects, how it is used, and your choices regarding that information. Wiggloo is developed by Wiggloo ("we", "us"). This policy applies to the Wiggloo mobile application.

By using Wiggloo, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Information stored only on your device. Wiggloo stores the following data locally on your device and does not transmit it to us:

Your game scores and leaderboard history
Selected skins, backgrounds, eye styles, body patterns, and app theme
Sound and app preferences

This data stays on your device and is deleted if you uninstall the app.

Information collected automatically. Like most apps that show ads or measure performance, Wiggloo uses third-party services that may collect certain information automatically:

Advertising identifiers (such as the Google Advertising ID) — collected via Google AdMob to serve and measure ads, and to prevent showing the same ad repeatedly.
Usage and diagnostic data — such as which screens are viewed, how long you play, and general app interactions, collected via Google Firebase Analytics, to help us understand how the app is used and improve it.
Crash and performance data — such as device model, operating system version, and crash logs, collected via Google Firebase Crashlytics, to help us find and fix bugs.

We do not knowingly collect your name, email address, or other directly identifying personal information through the App.

2. How We Use Information

Display and personalize advertisements through Google AdMob
Understand how players use the App so we can improve gameplay and fix issues
Diagnose and fix crashes
Maintain and operate the App's core features (leaderboard, cosmetics, settings)

3. Third-Party Services

Wiggloo uses the following third-party services, each of which has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data:

Google AdMob — policies.google.com/privacy
Google Firebase (Analytics & Crashlytics) — policies.google.com/privacy
Device share functionality — when you use the in-app "Share" feature, your device's native sharing system is used to share a score image and message through apps you choose (e.g., WhatsApp, Instagram). We do not receive or store what you share or who you share it with.

These services may collect and process data in accordance with their own policies, independent of this one.

4. Advertising

Wiggloo displays ads through Google AdMob, including banner ads and optional rewarded video ads (used to unlock in-game cosmetic items). Ads may be personalized based on your advertising identifier and app usage, unless you have opted out of personalized advertising through your device settings.

You can manage ad personalization through:

5. Children's Privacy

Wiggloo is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us using the details below so we can address it.

6. Data Retention & Deletion

Locally stored data (scores, preferences) is deleted automatically when you uninstall the App.
To request deletion of any data associated with your advertising identifier, you may reset your Advertising ID or contact us at the email below.

7. Your Choices

You can disable in-app sound at any time via the in-game speaker icon.
You can opt out of personalized ads via your device's ad settings (see Section 4).
You can uninstall the App at any time to remove all locally stored data.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this same URL with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
